1. Who we are

MTD Quarterly Kit is a trading name of Cunniffe & Helm Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales, company number 08990516, registered office: 4 St. Leonards Place, Exeter, England, EX2 4LZ ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@mtdquarterlykit.co.uk.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) or the UK Government.

2. Important disclaimer — please read before buying

Our products are record-keeping templates and general educational information. They are not tax advice, accounting advice, financial advice or legal advice, and nothing we publish or sell constitutes advice on your individual circumstances.

We are not your accountant, tax adviser or agent. Purchasing or using our products does not create an accountant–client, adviser–client or agent relationship of any kind, and we do not review, check, prepare or submit your figures or returns.

3. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that: to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any HMRC penalties, points, surcharges or interest; loss of profit or revenue; or any indirect or consequential loss, arising from or in connection with the use of, or reliance on, our products or content. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it.

4. Licence

Each purchase grants one non-transferable licence for use by one individual or one business entity for its own tax record-keeping. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or offer our products (or derivatives of them) to third parties, whether free or paid.

5. Purchases, cancellation and refunds

Sales are processed by our e-commerce partners (Payhip Ltd, or Etsy for purchases made on Etsy), who act as the platform and, for digital products, as reseller responsible for collecting and remitting applicable UK/EU VAT. Prices shown on this site include VAT. Their terms also apply to the transaction.

Our products are digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and starting your download you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once the download has begun.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality — if a product is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund. Beyond that, if you are unhappy for any reason, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will consider a goodwill refund.

6. Privacy & cookies

We do not run accounts or store your tax data — everything you enter into a template stays in your own file, on your own device. When you buy, the platform (Payhip or Etsy) processes your payment and shares your name and email with us so we can deliver the product and provide support; their privacy policies govern their processing. We will not send you marketing without your consent, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time via the email above. Data controller: Cunniffe & Helm Ltd.

Cookies: this site sets no cookies unless you accept them. If you accept, we use Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation) to understand aggregate site usage — page views, referral sources, approximate location. We use no marketing or advertising cookies and do not sell personal data. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site's data in your browser; the site works identically without cookies. Purchases happen on Payhip or Etsy, whose own cookie policies apply on their pages.

7. General

We may update products and these terms from time to time; the version published at the date of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK retain any protections and forum rights of their home nation.
